Delivery of poster
The package is usually sent within app. 7-10 days after receipt of order and payment. We ship via different freight carriers of our choice with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Whichever freight carrier is used, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, if you send your request to: email@example.com.
Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If the package is damaged, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and a clear description of the situation.
As a thumb rule we do not return the goods, as they are custom made to each received. There is no return right when articles are produced in accordance to customers' specifications or when an article has an obvious personal touch.
If an error should occur from our side, we will of course correct the mistake and send a new. In this case please send us information and if possible pictures on: email@example.com.
Deadline for claims are 2 months after receipt of package.
If the mistake is due to wrong input from your side, we are not responsible and will not cover the mistake. But if you correct the mistake within the first 6 hours after your order placement, we will do our best to correct the mistake before printing.
Please note that screen colors vary from screen to screen - therefore we cannot guarantee 100% color consistency between screen and poster.
